Schools with RADAR programs?

Not sure this is the best place to ask this question but maybe someone here may know.

I currently have a BSEE and a MSEE in communication and signal processing. I currently work in the radar field and I want to further my knowledge to eventually work in a radar research facility. My question is that I plan on moving to the Washington DC area this coming spring and I was wondering if there are any DC area colleges that offer doctorate programs related to radar?

Check George Mason U... their EE program is good. D.C. is also a great area to be for military-type applications (as well as VA and MD) due to the concentration of research companies.

GTRI has course work if you can't find a college in DC. Might be a useful precursor.
