Scope of Condenser Piping : Regarding

Dear All,

I am working in a thermal power construction project. I just wanted to know which code is generally followed for condenser piping work related to themal power plants. Is it B 31.1 or B 31.3 or ASME Section I..? Ours is Drum Based Boiler.

Kindly Suggest.
