Scope Question for CSA Z662 with respect to Loading/Unloading facilities

Looking at the latest version of CSA Z662-23 (Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems), under paragraph 1.3 it states that Z662 does NOT apply to loading/unloading facilities for tankers or barges. I have been searching through CSA stuff (and provincial documents) and can't find guidance on the design of loading/unloading facilities. Should I take it that CSA doesn't address this? I could use API 2610 as a starting point, but I wanted to check to see if I'm somehow missing a CSA reference.

Loading and unloading facilities would be covered by CSA B51. Which would mean that you would design your piping to ASME B31.3.
