scratch Directory 6.8-EF1

I want to change the work directory from C:\temp to a folder on the Z drive. I added the following line to the abaqus_v6.env file and the release_abaqus_v6.env
scratch = "Z:\\Frank\Analysis"

The directory hasn't changed. I still have version 6.7 installed so it may be related to that but I tried adding the line to those .env files as well.

Any thoughts?

double back-slash should be single back-slash ??

I tried that first with no luck but saw somewhere that the double slash was used.

You should edit the Abaqus shortcut and modify the 'Start in" directory.
