DOES ANYONE KNOW OF SOFTWARE FOR DESIGNING & ENGINEERING
SCREW CONVEYORS? I WOULD LIKE SOMETHING TO RECOMEND AUGER PITCH AND DIA. AS WELL AS GIVE ME HP, TORQUE AND RPM.
A SPREAD SHEET WOULD BE OK AS WELL.

and work your way down to the on-line design page there's a simple screw conveyor on-line design page. It says restricted but they give a password to get past this.

If you can lay your hands on one of the (very) old Link Belt catalogues, either pre or just post-WWII, these have almost exhaustive info on designing just about any conveyor, including screw conveyors. Using this it is a relatively simple task to set up your own spreadsheet.
