There are some companies on the Net that offer "books" to study. One I think is PPI or something like that. You can find their address at Ncees.org or .com

National Council of Structural Engineers Association (NCSEA) has a good online SE review course for both Vertical and Lateral components. I have a friend who used that course to pass the SE. It might interest you.
