sea berth repair

i have a construction method problem in regards to a sea berth, the concrete deck has settled 50mm and our client wants to put in more piles(deeper than existing) and a steel beam underneath the deck to help stabilise the deck from fender forces and vertical loads from cranes,etc. we have cut out the concrete deck to make pile installation possible. concrete cut outs are square 750x750. the steel beam will be placed on top of the two piles and welded into place. the first pile is about 1m from the edge of the deck and the other 6m. my problem is i dont want to cut any more of the deck out otherwise it will decrease structural integrity of the deck. i want to look at going underneath the deck. sea level to underneath the deck is 3m. i have cranes in position and can get the beam half way across, i just want to know a way of pushing the beam to the other pile. if any one can help it would be much appreciated as i am very stuck at this point and have just moved to this field.
