I propose to clean the surface of some concrete sidewalks/pavements using a Torbo Wet Sand Blasting System. The existing surface is dirty due to oil stains, bubble gum, ferrous oxide stains etc.
What type of sealer product can I use to seal the concrete surface when cleaned? The sealer should be colorless and the surface finish shall not be slippery for obvious reasons. The sealer will be exposed to the very agressive climate in the Middle East i.e. high humidity and temperature with high uV exposure.
I would appreciate any ideas you guys might have.

Mike,
You might want to consider a methacylate sealer such as Sika's Pronto 19 (though they might have changed the name...not sure). These are penetrating sealers that have pretty good durability.

Others, such as the siloxanes, create a slippery surface.

Another consideration would be a clear, moist-cure urethane, thinned to penetrate.
