Seaming of Santoprene

A project I am working on requires a bladder to be connected to a Polypropylene inlet rim. This will be made of santoprene and ultrasonically welded. This bladder will need to withstand about 200 psi of water pressure. Ideally, I am looking for a seamless extruded sleeve, but it seems as if I will need to create my own sleeve by welding sheet stock. Can anyone comment on how well Santoprene seams hold up, or the better methods of doing so? (Thermal, Impulse, Ultrasonic?) Or can anyone provide a contact who is in the business of bladders, or thermoplastic rubber blowmolding?

Depending on your design, you may want to injection mold the bladder.

Santoprene for the most part is part rubber and part Polypropylene. The PP mixed with the rubber is what makes it injection moldable.
