Search for a specific word VB

Inside drawing notes I have to search for a specific word and change some properties.
All the on-line searches refer to text search and not for a specific word. Tried to use Catia search function but again there is no such option for a specific word.
Can this be done? Language VB.

PS. I'm going crazy about user requirements .

Thank for the hint. I was thinking about a string. Gonna try that...

Edit->Find will search for text in the drawing.
Not sure how to make it happen in vb.
