I want to weld T11 boiler tube to carbon steel tube, WT = 0.180" or less. I need to know the possible preheat and PWHT reqirements in Section I, which I do not have access to. Thanks.

Recommended for you

250 F (120 C) per Table PW-39, for P No. 4, General Notes (a)(1)(c).

 
With wall thickness up to 0.165" (max) and max OD of 1.5", preheat is not mandated when buttwelded with the GTAW process per same note.
