Section IV Boiler Code- Alllowed Working Fluids

Does Section IV code restrict working fluids to WATER ONLY? Are there exceptions in the code to allow for any amount of a Glycol/Water mixture in a Section IV boiler?

I'm scouring the Section IV code myself at the moment, but just thought I'd see if anyone could help me out.
