Section IX Base Metal Question

Hi All

I am trying to find the correct paragraph to calculate the minimum base metal thickness for OFW as well as ESW in Section IX of the code book. Could anyone point me in the correct direction.

See Article IV, QW-450 in ASME B&PV Code, Section IX.

For OFW the maximum thickness qualified id the thickness of the test coupon. ref. QW-403.2 and QW-252.

For ESW refer to QW-403.9 & QW-258. The maximum thickness will normally be 1.1 times the test coupon thickness.
