Section tool in modelling

Hello

One of our users has been trying to use the section tool in a model, however on this particular part, it is behaving in a strange way. When you open the section tool up, you are unable to drag any of the different planes around using the cone, the bounding box is not visible and clicking on the different planes to change the section orientation does not work as expected. The link will demonstrate this in a clearer manner. Any help is appreciated.

Try hitting the 'reset bounds' button (the green curved arrow). I'm guessing the dynamic WCS tool is off in the distance somewhere.

Try doing a zoom fit, before you reset the bounding box, and then check the planes of the section, I think you can reorient the planes where you want them...

It looks like when you select the plane normal to XC that it does not snap onto the "zero" of the part(ie planar with YZ).
Try changing the plane definition to "Absolute" rather than "Work".
Is your WCS at absolute 0,0,0?
