Section View error

I'm trying to create a section view by selecting a workplane within the CATPart file.

I select the "Offset Section View" command, then select the plane within the CATPart. However, the attached error appears everytime. This worked in the past, but we have since reinstalled Catia with a code server.

Does anyone know what the problem is or how to correct this issue?
