Section View in V5 R14

I have a drawing with a section that I would like to move. Currently, I can only move it perpendicular to the section cut. How can I change this view so that I can move it in any direction?

right-click on the view you want to move (on the view border or view name in the tree) and select "view position" then "position independently of reference view."
