Hi every one,
The attached were the seal wealds for F tank which required Coating as per NACE RP-0178 ,and as seen in the picture the contractor don’t apply any kind of NDT or inspection as the seal welds in not required as per API650 acceptance criteria . In this case it’s additional and we need to apply NDT and carry VE for it . I’m looking for your advice in this case (if there is some cracks or and defects) can we live with it?
Or what we can do to correct this situation ?

Looks like a condominium for wayward termites. Grind or air-arc [CAC] down to good metal, and reweld, as it appears that you have a leak. You will probably have to 'dig' down to the basematal, as this weld looks BAD.
