Seeking good load bank for laboratory

Hello!

I need a load bank for electric machines laboratory in my university, for three-phase synchronous generator with nominal KVA of about 3 KVA or less. I have interested in a load bank capable of resistive, inductive and capacitive loading.
¿Where are manufacturers of this kind of load banks?
