On MSS SP-75 Section 13.5 it talks about Segmentable Elbows. My question is if it is a Spec requirement for ALL High Yield Elbows (LR, 3R, 90 degrees, 45 degrees and 180 grees) to be Segmentable or does the purchaser have to request them to be Segmantable on the Purchase Order. Also is the Segmentable only for Elbow sizes 16 inches and up or does it apply to smaller elbows as well?
