Segmentation error in hypermesh

Sometimes i gets this segmentation error in hypermesh and hypermesh crashes. even using tutorial files provided by hypermesh itself.

any solution.

Installing the update 11.0101_Desktop resolves the problem. You can get it from the altairhyperworks website.
