Segreggation at the bottom of columnss

Hello,we are constructing a three (3) suspended floor building, the grand floor is a car park
with concrete round columns of s 450mm by 2.8m, 3.6m and 4.2m height. the variation in Height is due to the nature of the site which is slanting (sloppy). my question is: we pour concrete into the 3.6 and 4.2 meters long concrete column forms at once but we observe segregation at the bottom i.e between the kickers and the column (about 100mm to 120mm) the mix ration is 1:2:4. what can we do better, we suspended casting after 4 columns already. 1. Make your forms leaktight.
2. Thoroughly consolidate the concrete by internal vibration as the forms are filled.

How far are you dropping the concrete, the full height of the form or only say 2-3 feet?? Whats the slump of the concrete?? Are you pumping the concrete?? How much plasicizer in use?? All very relevant info
