I'm designing a mat foundation for two silos (each standing on 4 legs), and I need to develop the seismic force on the silos. (I would go to the designer of the silos for this, but the silos are used and the manufacturer no longer exists.) The problem I'm having is that all the references/codes I have are geared more towards seismic design of buildings rather than other structures. Is ASCE 7 acceptable for determining the seismic forces on a silo?

In case this is relevant:
Information per silo
DL = 120 k
LL = 290.4 k
WL = 20.4 psf

Height = 60 ft
Diameter = 12 ft

Nevermind. I had a brain fart yesterday and totally forgot about the section in ASCE 7 about Nonbuilding Structures.
