Seismic Analysis of valve

Dear All,

Can any one share thoughts to carry out sesimic transient analysis (accl vs time) of valve assembly using ANSYS Workbench?

Further valve is joined to pipe and pipe is supported to ground so how can I transfer this ground acceleration to valve assy? I mean how can I constrain the valve for displacementwith pipe or without pipe?
