Seismic Bracing Chandelier

Does anyone know of sections in the California Building Code that specifically addresses bracing of chandeliers or hanging light fictures, other than section 1632.

I have read publications that indicate that some hanging items can be unbraced if they are placed outside a 45 degree zone of impacting other assemblies.
