Seismic Design of Large Storage Tanks

I am looking for a seismic design method for large storage tanks similar to API 650 for the UBC.

I'm not sure I understand what you're wanting. If it's an industrial tank, use API-650 itself. If it's a water tank, use AWWA standards for the type of tank it is.

UBC and its successors generally refer to other industry standards for tank design, with varying amounts of clarity, and with varying modifications.
