Seismic Zone 3 Anchoring

Is there a chart of some type that shows what type/size of fastener is needed to anchor a cabinet to a concrete floor?

I have an archway that spans 18' outside to outside and weights about 1500 lbs total.

There is no chart that would show this. This would require a proper analysis based on the applicable code.
