Seismically not compact and Lb/ry > 0.086*E/Fy

Hello guys,

kindly help me about these error message in ETABS 2013 "Section is not Seismically compact" and "Lb/ry > 0.086*E/Fy". my section is okay ignoring these two message but i need to satisfy as per the AISC 341-05 code saying. is there a way resolve these issue or do i need to manipulate some values in the steel design preferences?
