Seismometer Station KJMA in Japan

I am trying to determine if the seismometer station KJMA in Japan is a ground surface instrument (free field), or if it is in a stucture?

The PEER and NGA website does not have any info on this. Any help appreciated, thanks

i think it's ground surface but not positive...see
