If you set LOP option to 'N', (which operates LOP logic but doesn't disable any of the voltage polarized directional elements, distances elements, and forward direction overcurrent elements) does your ground overcurrent protection which is toqued with F32QG become non-directional or will it just never operate? With the Y option for LOP, it explicitly states that forward directional overcurrent elements become non-directional but it just says that the elements with option 'N' are not disabled.

The answer can be found in the Ground Directional Element section of the manual. It appears that you do not get a direction during LOP with ELOP=N unless you are using the current polarized ground directional elements (ORDER includes I). You also need to follow the logic diagrams in the overcurrent element section of the manual.
