Selecting objects in drawing...

I want to place a point onto my view that is on the drawing. And I need it right on a...Endpoint, intersection, ect. I can't seem to find how to make it snap to the lines in my views. Any help would be much appriciated.

Alright, I figured out how to snap it to the lines, but what is coincidence constraint and how do I create that? ...And Thank you.

Isn't there some sort of box that has all the selection icons? i.e. endpoint, midpoint, tangent, ect.??? When I go over an entity, I can only select one option (endpoint). Can't I get other options to pick from??? Thanks.
