Selecting Vacuum Pump for the Vacuum Belt Conveyor Design

Hello, I need to design a vacuum belt conveyor for one of my projects. I need to carry light weight, flexible polybags through this conveyor for the sticker pasting. I am currently researching for the calculation of the vacuum flow rate for the pump. I am going to use a rough vacuum with 100mbar and my vacuum chamber volume is 0.09 cubic meters. I am going to use 2mm diameter holes in the belt. I need to select the vacuum pump and its capacity. considering it will create the vacuum initially within 2 min. Thank you!

Why the 90 litre tank?

Most vacuum systems severely limit the amount of air that is the atmospheric side of the isolation valve.

How many holes?

Two minutes sounds like a very long time.

#You say 100 mbar. Is this 100 mbara or -100mbag guage? Big difference
