Hi all,
I am a CAD user, & I would like to learn Pro-Engineer software, can anyone suggest me what is the quickiest way to pick up the speed of the software.

I currently use Solidworks & AutoCAD for some time. I came across the self learning tutorial from the website: i.get.it education software, but they don't provide pro/E apparently. I found it quite easy to learn in the interactive environment. Is there something similar?

Please advise.

There is nothing similar to i.get.it for Pro/E. I have been a customer of theirs for years with UG and when IR switched to Pro/E, I asked CadPo about creating i.get.it for Pro/E and they said they were too busy with other projects.

I would look into getting a student version. You have a foundation in 3D MCAD by knowing SWx and all you need to learn is the differences. BTW, you can buy SE on ebay for next to nothing. I would also looking into any community college classes that teach Pro/e.

Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience every time.

engmechs,
You can find on the internet a free limited trial version of Cadtrain. It will let you do setain lessons while others are greyed out. That will get you into the program enogh so you can get a good idea how the program works. It worked well for me.
