Senior Design Project Increasing the Efficiency of Water Electrolysis (CRITIQUE NEEDED!)

Hello! We are team Bohemian Rhapsody, a group of seniors at American heritage high school (located in Delray Beach, Florida.) As the capstone program to our pre-engineering course we will dedicate this year to a higher level design project developed by students with a common interest. Our group formed together through our common interest in increasing the cost efficiency of water electrolysis in terms of material cost as well as energy efficiency. We sought to design a hydrogen production cell capable of being stacked for use in industrial settings which made use of recent advancements in acoustic water frustration (see presentation 1, slide 11, for details). Attached below are two slide decks detailing our project, R&D process, and future plans, the first being a full collection of materials and the second being a simplified version for public presentation.

As part of our development process we have also included a form below that we would appreciate tremendously if you would fill out in order to give us critical feedback on our project. Thank you all so very much for your time and assistance.

I scrolled through deck 2. Quite typical of school projects (very optimistic, not very professional but that goes to your audience).

slide 15 ... your problem statement is AWFUL. That first sentence is about 3. I think you're trying to say ...
1) Hydrogen is widely used in manufacturing (as a power source and as an ingredient).
2) Most of (96%) the 120 MT used annually is sourced from fossil fuel stocks ... a source of CO2 emissions.
3) Tehn, we want to produce H2 without creating CO2 emissions.

you then talk about prototype zero, then some modification that seemed to make things worse,
then some design down-selection,
led to a next gen prototype, with some better results, and some ideas for the future development.

A suggestion, if your school is going to keep this project going over the years, then include some younger team members, to carry the flame into the next year, to keep some of the tribal knowledge.

Since it is assumed that fossil fuels are predominately used for economic reasons, you should be reviewing the economics of your project. Measure the amount of electricity you use, for the production of so much H2.

Is there anything to be had by improving the current FF sourced H2 ,,, Sustainable Fuels ?, Carbon capture (at source, not from planting trees)?
