Vorrei sapere se si tratta di un sensore di misurazione termico in ambiente esterno o interno o entrambi; per aria, acqua, suolo ... e il suo marchio (se si conosce), e come funziona..

Looks like the temp sensor for my oven at home-the connector plugs into the oven wall, and the tip jabs into meat.

It is a thermocouple. The brand should be marked somewhere on the device.
