sep relays

Hi everyone,

I have tested some generator protection relays branded SEP at a
power plant.
I have a problem with U< function, it is blocked in system de-energized condition. I couldnt test U< function, I cannot find
any documentation about these brand ?
Do you now any about it or the website of brand?

Don't know about the SEP brand, but perhaps it is blocked by breaker status contact. Have you tried to simulated CB 52a/b to test function?
