I am putting together a control box which holds a fiber media converter which changes fiber to copper cat5. The box is powered by 480V to a disconnect switch feading a control transfomer to 120V which supplies a plug in powersupply for the media converter. What are the rules for seperation for the fiber and the cat5 from the control transformer and the disconnect.

In general NEC 770.133(A) permits nonconductive optical fiber cables to be installed without seperation from electrical conductors and equipment. Also in general 800.133(A) requires seperation of the CAT5 cable.
