The park pavilion project I am working on will require a septic drain field. The park itself contains 2 existing pavilions, a marina, a campground, a maintenance building, a kiddie pool, and an archer/target practice range. All these facilities are on one meter for all practical purposes. All pavilions are locked and are available for rental purposes only. I'm told they are used about 10 days a month.
Typically around here either the local health dept. or a representative of the state dept of enviro. and consv. will size the septic drainfield based on water usage and soil conditions.
I'm dealing with the state rep as this is a rural county. He would like me to find an existing facility comparable to this one (3000sf, w/ 4 flush valves, 2 lavoratories, 1 kitchen sink, and 2 water fountains and get water usage information from it. The problem is all of these type facilities are in parks served by one meter.
Anyone have any suggestions on other facilities to compare to or any suggestions at all?
