Hello everybody,

I am an electrical design engineer and i was assigned to a new design job for a commercial building in Belgrade, Serbia. This is my first project in Serbia and i was inquiring if there are specific codes/regulations related to the electrical design and installations in Serbia.

I tried to contact the state electric company (EPS) and the Serbian chamber of Engineers but got no feedback.

Hope someone can help me here.

It would be curious to know how long it takes and how a new regulating body forms after a country dissolves.

Go with the default (Euro standards for houses (apartments or commercial - if applicable) and the Older Serbian style electric connections and fixtures).

But expect to have to pay off the local inspectors anyway?
