service pack installation

We are a network licensed company using Inventor Series 10 software. When we install the service packs, do we need to install them on each local pc or is the install done at the server level? Or is it both and if so in what order (server then local pc or vise versa)? If this install is only done at the server level, is there an update menu for this at the local pc or is a re-install required? Any help is greatly appreciated as we're not getting clear instruction from our reseller.

this needs to be done locally. your licenses are the only thing on the server. each individual work station that uses inventor has inventor installed locally.
