could any one help me to find the reference to how determine that there is a cooling or foam system needed or not for storage tanks if i have services likes( prolysis, flux oil, dimethyl disulfide, aromatics extraction solvant, butadiene extraction solvavent, caustic solution, 98%sulfuric acid, spent caustic & suspect condensate).
Also, what the minimum diameters of storage tanks needed cooling or foam system.
