I have been away from Pro-E for a while. I am working with WF4 now and am wondering how you KEEP the working directory as the default after you change it? Is this a config.pro command?

I usually work on projects for different clients at the same time, often in different versions.

Having an icon for each client ensures that I don't use WF4 for something that should be WF2. More relevant to your questions, if you right click on the shortcut and select properties, you will see a dialog box that says "start in". Enter your working directory location and you shouldn't have to worry about your working directory or version again.

Also look at the following config options
save_object_in_current no
override_store_back no/yes

Saves file where it was opened from and saves you from browsing to the directory.
