setting for 16g (.0625) stainless steel

Wondering if anyone has settings for cutting 16g 304 stainless steel
Laser is a Mitsubishi 2KW 3015LZP the setting on the machine do not cut well at all and the "updated" setting i got from mitsu are no better
we cut 12g,18 and 10g stainless and those 3 have a perfect edge but the 16g is another story.

Those settings are for a 4kw machine hope it helps

Settings for 16 gauge shouldn't be all that different from 18 gauge. If 18 gauge cuts well start with that condition and increase feed rate and otherwise adjust as necessary. You may need to set the focus a bit deeper compared to the 18 gauge parameter.
