I work in the custom wheel industry and I need to set up a simulation to best represent how our wheels are physically tested. I am not sure if it could be done but if anyone knows how it would be someone on the forum. Basically i need to spin the part, using the center hub as the fixture. Then i need to apply a specific amount of force to the spinning wheel which simulates the ground. If anyone can point me in the right direction or let me know if this isn't possible with simulation it would be greatly appreciated.

This might be a bit beyond Simulation if you are including the tire. If you are not including the tire then consider a portion of the bottom of the rim to have a pressure load due to the bead transferring load to the rim plus the pressure load of the internal air pressure components.
