Setting up Hitichi Tablet

I am setting up an Hitichi Digitizer Tablet, I have downloaded the driver from Hitichi's Web site, the file name is Winzip95, it is a Windows 95 and I am using Windows ME.
When I run setup.exe for the driver I get the following error.
"Failed to create port Parameters Key in Registry, Error = 1010 Correct Problem and try again.

I have tried the connecting the digitizer to both the serial and parrallel port.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be very helpfull.

If you can't get drivers for ME, don't you think you should try this?
