Settlement of SS Pipe to Sleeper

we have Stainless steel Pipe that should be rest on Sleeper due to Galvanic corrosion it doesn't contact between Embedded plate on sleeper & SS pipe
now I want know we should use shoe support or can use SS plate over of Embedded plate to prevent Corrosion

You can use a standard shoe support, but make sure you have an insulating barrier between pipe and shoe, like PTFE or neoprene.
 
Shoes are a normal solution for this, especially if your pipe is insulated. Similarly, you can just rest the pipe on a non-metallic pad. There are even some load rated products for this like I-rods which you can buy by NPS, height, etc.
