Sharing a toolbar between friends

I have created a toolbar which has links to many journal files that have been created.

I am just wondering if there is any easy way I can share this toolbar with the other people in my office, without having to manually create them on each machine???

Whatever you created using Customize can be captured by creating a 'Role' which can then be shared with others.
