Shear Span to Depth ratio

If a concentrated point load is acting on the midspan of a beam, the shear diagram would big shear in the midspan to support. Is this span called the Shear Span?

When designing a beam. How much do you take into consideration the shear span to depth ratio and it's resistance to shear?

Do you prefer narrow beam or deep beam as far as shear is concerned?

Design of moment and flexural is easier than shear which is a manifestation of the slope of the moment.

Your questions are/have become tiresome. They indicate a lack of basic engineering design knowledge. You are persistent, but that will only take you so far.
