Is there anything like a graph or a table related to the critical shear stress (in N/m2) to put sand (0.1 mm - 2.0 mm) in suspension?

HEC RAS gives me the shear stress for every XS. I would like to know if I can use this information to answer "Is it enough to put a sand particle in motion" question.

Something simple.

Thanks!
