Depends on the ASTM designation and grade.
Refer to page 4-5 on "AISC Manual of Steel Contruction Allowable Stress Design, Ninth Edition" for WORKING capacities for various bolt sizes.
Also refer to tables 7-10 and 7-14 on "AISC Manual of Steel Construction LRFD, Third Edition" for shear and tensile STRENGTH of bolts
