Sheet metal advice needed

I have a sheet metal part that I modeled. Near the beginning of the Feature Manager I have a Miter Flange. In the Miter Flange feature I originally used a 1mm Gap distance that I now what to change to .75mm. When I do all my Chamfers and Cut Extrudes light up with errors and warnings. Is there anyway to get around doing lots of repairs when a change like this needs to be made?

Wow! That is not good. You should submit this to your VAR as a bug.

It seems the edge ID's are being renamed during the rebuild caused by the change in gap.
